Provincial Records

The Western Cape Powerlifting Federation established WC Provincial Records in 2023 for Classic 3-lift and Bench Press Only. As 2023 is the first year of records, results from prior years are not included. Instead, there are minimum standards for a classic 3-lift powerlifting or a bench press only meet that must be achieved per category for a lifter to hold a Provincial record.
