R350 for SUB-JUNIOR Lifters 

R700 for JUNIOR, OPEN & MASTERS Lifters (payment details in the entry form)

Bench Press Only Raw / Equipped – 

R450 per lifter (see payment details below)

Cost per additional age category: R150 per additional category (payment details in the entry form)

Provisional nominations: 8 November 2025 – Entries close by this date

Final nominations: 22 November 2024 – last day to change weight class via email to the province, and all payments MUST be submitted by this date
